CLIENT PROTOCOLS
 
Due to COVID-19, POLISHED is implementing strict protocols to protect our guests as well as our employees.  If you have any questions, please email us at lisa@studiopolished.com
  1. POLISHED will be moving to a contact-less checkout process. Our front desk associate will require a credit card on file before booking/arriving for any appointment. This card will not be charged until the day of the service. POLISHED will no longer be accepting ANY cash for tips or services rendered, we will be a completely CASH FREE salon.
     
  2. To help create a safer environment for our guests, POLISHED will be implementing a $5 sanitation fee to each serviced guest to help cover the cost required for sanitation materials.We have always been fastidious about sanitation in our salon but now after each service your service provider will be required to clean and disinfect all surfaces thoroughly AND perform an extra DEEP clean after each guest.
     
  3. Guests will be required to wear a mask that secures around their ears, for the entirety of their appointment. Please make sure your mask is worn correctly and fits properly.At check in we will offer temperature checks and ask all guests to IMMEDIATELY wash their hands for 30 seconds.
     
  4. Guests may not bring anyone other than themselves to their service appointment, including children. Should a minor above the age of 12 have a service appointment, the parent may drop them off at the door and pick up at the door, however, they may not enter the salon with their minor. For children under 12 please call the salon to discuss options.
     
  5. To control the amount of people in the salon at any given time, we are asking guests to call the salon upon parking. Our front desk associates will let you know when to enter the salon. We will be accepting walk-ins HOWEVER we ask you to please call the salon while outside instead of walking in to ask for an appointment.
     
  6. Beverage and magazine services will be suspended, and we ask that our guests do not bring in any food or beverages into the salon.
     
  7. Booking future appointments: To limit the amount of time a guest is in the salon; we will not be rebooking guests while they are in the salon. Instead, we will call them after they leave to set up their next appointment. 
     
  8. We ask our guests to please understand that timing is everything right now and therefore please be on time and book all NEEDED SERVICES as additional services cannot be added at time of service.Being even 5 minutes late will disturb the precise scheduling challenges and your service will have to be cut short to accommodate our stringent social distancing regulations mandated by DORA (Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies).
