CANCELLATION
A CANCELLATION OR RE-SCHEDULING WITH LESS THAN A 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 100% OF THE MISSED SCHEDULED SERVICE.

LATE ARRIVALS
ARRIVING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WILL BE ADDRESSED BY THE FRONT DESK ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ALL LATE ARRIVALS.
