NO-SHOW:

100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICES WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY IN THE EVENT OF A NO-SHOW.

 
CANCELLATION:

A CANCELLATION OR RE-SCHEDULING WITH LESS THAN A 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN 50% OF THE MISSED SCHEDULED SERVICE BEING CHARGED AT THE TIME OF THE NEXT SERVICE.

LATE ARRIVALS:

ARRIVING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WILL BE ADDRESSED BY THE FRONT DESK ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ALL LATE ARRIVALS.

A CREDIT CARD WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION.
